I had the most outstanding experience with Brandi’s customer service and dedication to make sure I was taken care of. She was able to answer any questions I had, was extremely friendly and personal, and kept a smile on her face. Please seek out Brandi if you’re coming here to get your storage unit!

Come see Assistant Manager Brandi at Storage Depot!! She will happily assist you with any of your needs. In my experience renting a commercial unit, Brandi was extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant & professional, and eager to answer all of my questions. I was shown several available units until finding the one to fit my current business needs. Brandi was truly exceptional and went above & beyond to make me feel like a valued tenant at the facility. We’ve had a unit at Storage Depot for a year and a half. We just recently moved from a larger unit to a smaller unit and the office staff was extremely helpful and accommodating during our unit swap. Rella, the store manager was extremely helpful and kind during this process for us; she went above and beyond for us and made sure our move was the right decision for us and what we needed. We’re very thankful for the wonderful staff at Storage Depot and will continue to do business with them!

Great place to store or run a business out of. Very friendly and helpful staff. Worked with us to get into exactly what we needed. Brandi was extremely helpful and found the perfect unit. Other tenants are friendly too.

The office staff was incredible. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and organized they were able to get me set up with storage in one 5 minute phone call and less than 15 minutes in the actual office. I was thoroughly impressed at their professionalism and I highly recommend.

Cheapest I found for a 10×10 🙂 and I loved the 2 ladies in the front, great easy process I would definitely recommend this storage facility ❤️ and let's not forget the free month 😀 definitely helped me save some green today!!

Brandi and Rella have been nothing short of amazing to work with here at the "new" Storage Depot off Castleton Commerce Way. They were incredibly accomodating during our recent move to a different unit, which made the transition SO MUCH EASIER and prompted this review! However, they are ALWAYS friendly & happy to assist with all our business's needs on the phone and in-person (and pass along the bathroom pass when we lose it)! So appreciative for all their help with our small business' first location! Highly recommend this business park.

Kyara was very personable and professional. She showed me exactly what I needed and I'm very happy with the result. This location suits the needs of most people. Everything from commercial size units that you can fit RVs or big rigs in to just regular storage. Perfect solution for business owners.
